Facilitated the integration and transitional activities for acquisitions their copper and gold assets, designed the company’s global ICT technical architecture, providing a homogenous secure and scalable ICT environment which at its peak integrated 14 sites across seven countries.
Asia Iron Australia
Defined and implemented the Corporate Capability Program for Asia Iron Australia, developed the ICT Strategic Plan for the $3.5b Extension Hill Magnetite Project, implemented the company’s information management standards, tools and processes.
EMR Golden Grove
Facilitated the integration and transitional activities for acquisitions of assets for the Golden Grove copper-zinc-lead mine in WA. Established the ICT managed services supporting the mine operations and head office, providing support for all ICT infrastructure.
PT Agincourt Resources
Implemented the PTAR environment for the Martabe Gold Mine in Indonesia, and worked with the business to provide a world class ICT environment that is highly available and highly scalable. Implemented and operate comprehensive ICT managed services, delivering remote monitoring support for storage, compute and network infrastructure, and supporting onsite, local, Level 1 resources. We also provide onsite engineering upgrades as required.
Kestrel Coal Resources
Facilitated the integration and transitional activities for acquisitions of assets for the underground coking coal Kestrel Coal Mine in the Bowen basin in Queensland. Established the ICT managed services supporting the mine operations and head office, providing support for all ICT infrastructure.
